    The National Eczema Society UK, have developed a new school pack to help teachers and parents with back-to-school season. The pack contains great tips and advice for both parents and teachers.

    We are launching our #saysomething campaign to mark World Psoriasis Day this year. We hope this campaign encourages patients to speak openly to their doctor about all of their symptoms.

Better Health, Better Living programme helps people to manage chronic skin conditions 25/02/2015

A new self-management programme called Better Health, Better Living has been available to people with on-going (or chronic) skin conditions through the Psychology Department at Beaumont Hospital in the past year.  There are many benefits of psycho-dermatological support to help people with chronic skin conditions to manage their health.

The Irish Skin Foundation welcomes new restrictions on the use of sunbeds, including a ban on ‘happy hours’ promotions and a requirement to use protective eyewear, which will be introduced in March.
